part 3: (nicholas)

“Nicholas….the nanny Will be here in a few minutes blah blah blah blah blah blah blah”

Well that’s what it really sounded like to me…

I don’t usually hear what the woman has to say.. The T.V was blasting, thanks to the surround sound she gifted me on my birthday 3 months back.. And I was too engrossed in my favourite series to bother about what she was blabbing on and on about…

I knew she was gone because there was finally some silence and peace around me….

But not for long…

A few moments later, I could literally hear the grumblings in my tummy…

Oh well! I guess that’s my cue to find something to satisfy my hunger…

Its only then did I notice that the despised, lazy and annoying nanny was sprawled across the couch reading some weird magazine….

She looked at me from the top of the mag:
“What is it you little twit?”

“I’m hungry” I said

“So? What d’you want me to do about it? I’m just a nanny, not your cook or butler….” She squeaked in that annoying voice of hers..

I grinned at her…

“What are you doing?” She was up on 2 feet now…

“Mum….the….”

She grabbed the phone out of my hands and spoke ever so sweetly..
“Hi.. Eh miss abed… Nicky was just telling you that I’m here now so you don’t have to worry….aha…aha… You going to be late?”

She pulled her face and looked at me while I smirked away….

I’m nicholas abed… And I’m the rich spoilt kid who actually doesn’t have it all…
